Plant Audits

Service Overview

This is a requirement under part VII of the OSH Act 2007. The age and condition of your equipment have a major impact on plant efficiency, reliability, and productivity. During a condition audit, our process specialist examines all system components and determines if they are operating optimally.

A report is then generated after completing the audit that summarizes the findings and highlights the system components that require repair, replacement, or upgrade in order to maximize system efficiency. After presenting the report, we meet the client again, to discuss our recommendations in depth.

Plants required for audits/ testing include:

  • Hoist and Lifts;
  • Cranes and other lifting equipment;
  • Air receivers;
  • Compressed and dissolved gases;
  • Chains, ropes and lifting tackle;
  • Steam boilers and receivers;
  • Refrigeration plants.
